Larger lines take a full appraisal and two years of income, and every borrower needs a 760+ score.

How much can you borrow with a jumbo HELOC?

Up to $1,000,000 and 80% of your home's value. Behind an existing mortgage, the line can be up to 40% of the home's value.

Example: a $2,000,000 home with a $600,000 mortgage. 80% of the value is $1,600,000, so you could borrow up to $800,000.
